one, and not at all a run-on.
it consists of a dependent clause ("Since it's .... the whole thing")
followed by an independent clause ("then I'll chime .... three years old").
a run-on sentence is either a comma splice (two independent clauses
separated by a comma) or a fused sentence (two independent clauses
without separating punctuation).
but (yes, there's a but) you don't want a semicolon between a dependent
and an independent clause. you need two independent clauses to separate
them with a semicolon.
