Get a different mask :)
 
Try the lighter, and then Sea Gold before every dive. I don't do the baby shampoo thing because I wear contacts. I doesn't sting, but will really dry out the contacts during dives.

I've also had chemical burns in both eyes from a pair of swim goggles that had laundry detergent spilled on them. :crying: So now I'm hesitant to use any kind of soap on my mask, even if it's baby shampoo.
