I know it's a nice thing for those of you that live in the island but I'll be honest...the last thing I want to do on a vacation is work out, that's when I move into lazy mode.
I go the opposite approach...on trips I knowingly eat and drink way too much, no holding back, cutting calories/carbs/sugars, and then back on the program when the vacay is over. hahaha

I don't actually use the gym. Juan also owns some really nice rental storage units. The scooters and giant tin Christmas tree have to live somewhere.
