Yes. I probably shouldn't have used the abbreviation. It's Cancel For Any Reason insurance although your provider will likely have a different name than that. It does cost more than regular insurance since the underwriter's risk profile is much higher. For me, the peace of mind is worth the extra premium.
 
It's my latest favorite time to visit. Prices are lower due to it being low season, less people around. Water is warm, feels like silk. It can get overcast + some rain showers but that can be a relief from the blazing sun... it doesn't take away from the warmth. I definitely pack mosquito repellent for my bod as well as mosquito repelling incense sticks for the balcony.
