I've been diving in Croatia, near Krnica, but it really isn't appropriate for someone of your experience (all deep dives). For diving in the recreational range, Croatia Divers in Vela Luka seems to offer a lot. I can't comment on anything howeber.

Since it's my neighborhood, maybe I can be of some assistance if you give me your preferences?
I dove in Croatia (Makarska, Split) in the early 90's, not much at all for infrastructure. But I've heard it has developed significantly in the las few years.
