Well, an update of sorts. I was diving over the weekend at Pennyroyal in KY. I met a few DIR divers out there and had a good time talking with them. One of them was going to join us for a dive but schedules didn't work out. It was a good time none the less (although the water was a brisk 47 degrees, need some thicker boots and gloves to get by). One of the guys used to work with Ed at a dive shop in Lexington and gave him a thumbs up. Although going down to Florida for the class is a definate option as well. I figure if I'm going to travel for a class, why not go somewhere a little warmer :)
