Loss that pressurization at 35,000 ft, you are at 35,000 ft.

True but

1) If you lose the pressurization , "free" deco gases drop out of the ceiling, so it's probably a wash
2) if you lose the pressurization, then you may have "other things" to worry about

"other things" seem to include a good chance of being vacuum-sucked through a hole in the fuselage (having been dragged down the entire inside of the plane, clunking and banging over everyones oversized carryon that has yanked itself out of the overhead bing) followed by a freefall from 35K and then spreading your internal organs over a couple of square miles of ocean/desert/fertile farmland.

Tingling elbows/knees or a hurt pink may not factor high on the "annoyance" list :)
