Dive Logs Lost

I did a series of dives Nov 25-28, 2023 - two dives per day using my Perdix AI. When I downloaded these to my iPhone / Shearwater app the dives on Nov 25 do not appear anywhere.

Has anyone else had this issue?

The backup computer is a Petrel 1 and the dives from Nov 25 show up on there.

I've had this happen. Downloading the logs again has always solved my problem. I think it has to do with the bluetooth connection dropping.

I tried it .. no go. The Nov 25th dives do not even show up on the computer.
