We used Goodtime Adventures. They have speed boats vs fishing boats converted to dive boats. Obviously quicker and more flexible choice of locations. They also have rooms to rent above the dive shop.

New Wave Diving on Koh Tao are one of the few outfits that actually cater towards experienced divers rather than focusing on teaching diving.
As a result they operate 2 different boats with up to 6 departures every day, and 2 dives performed per trip. This includes Sail Rock almost daily, Smaran Pinnacle (not often dived) and many other specials such as Sunset & Night Dive at Chumphon Pinnacle.
