great photo- you can see all the way down that grouper. i've had a few of those cleaner shrimp in my mouth too which is very interesting sensation. i've never seen more than 2 of them on any coral outcrop though.

Wow! What a shot...!
The two seemed to have a symbiotic relationship: The shrimp attracted fish, the eel struck the fish, the shrimp got the leftovers. They're in it for the food, not just playing nice.
I had a dive buddy try that once with a coral banded shrimp living on an old tire off of Cozumel. As his hand approached the shrimp, tho - a moray stuck his head out. :11:00scuba:
