I worked as a diver on one of the Walker episodes, and he and the rest of the guys were really nice guys... I was kinda shocked at how short he was though. Of course at 6'4" a lot of folks seem short to me... except Joe. He is very tall.

When we went to Hawaii a couple of years ago, we were seated in the front row of Cattle Section, and as my wife was making a B-line for the exit, she slammed right into Chuck Norris - who was coming out of first class. He was extremely polite, and apologized, even though the collision wasn't his fault.

And yeah, he was just a little guy.
