Try www.cozumelgetaways.com They have two homes sleeping between 7 and 10 persons and four 2 bedroom apartments. There is 2 swimming pools on the property and the caretaker Pedro is always nearby and very helpful. We stayed in an apartment for 2 months and since then many friends and family have rented the houses. Very pleasant and clean.

Check out www.casamartillo.com. David offers reasonable cost 1 and 2 bedroom condo type units. Maybe it might work if you rented 2. Casa Martillo has a nice pool and daily maid service. It's in the Corpus Christi area of town a short walk to Chedraui. We have stayed there many times and found the location to be great
