My friend has some Oceanic gear. It killed his truck and made his dog run off with his wife.

Really?! :11: Never happened to me that I recall, and I have called about a lot of dumb things. I called the other day on this thread, but talked with a sales rep - not a tech. Still, I don't remember a problem. You might try them after the holidays.

I was a vendor and likely using a different number. Regardless, I haven't called them in over a year so things may have improved as well.
