Ask about regulators now...I dare ya

5. Poseidon Xtreme (tech primary), Poseidon Odin/Jetstream (tech 2nd), Mares MR12 Nitrox (deco bottles >40%), Aqualung Legend ACR (pool/recreational/deco <40%), XS SeaAir...ummm don't know why....just have it.

I'm not so bad with regulators . . . I have my singles reg, my doubles regs, and my argon reg. That's all.

Lol - I was just thinking the same thing.

Whoever dies with the most toys wins.

1 Aqualung Legend DIN, 1 Aqualung Titan Yoke, 2 Cressi AirTech Yoke, 2 Dive Rite Hurricanes.

I think I'm winning so far :p

I'm somewhat of a collector of regulators, it's a habit that I have been trying very hard to get under control.

Double tank regs: Two Zeagle ZX-Flathead VI's
Stage/Deco: Two Zeagle ZX-DSV's
Single tank regs: Two complete sets of Oceanic GT3 with Alpha 8 octos. One traditional setup with short hose and longish octo hose, and one hogarthian setup with 7 foot primary and bungeed backup. (I had planned on using the GT3's for stage regs, but when I decided to keep all "tech" regs the same brand, I switched these to single tank use).
Argon: One old Oceanic piston first stage in DIN
Misc.: One Genesis unbalanced piston taking up space in my collection. I might use it on an old 72 hanging off our charter boat as emergency O2.

Now the reg habit isn't nearly as bad as my tank habit. :D

One stainless steel backplate, one Aluminum backplate, one 30 pound singles wing, one 40 doubles wing.

1 Oceanic Chute II (Still one of my favorites)
1 Zeagle Stilletto (My travel BC)
1 DSS Kydex Backplate with Camo-singles wing (My absolute favorite)
1 DSS Steel Backplate
1 DSS Kydex Backplate with camo-doubles wing
1 Fred's Extra Heavy Long Back Plate with OMS red-doubles wing
1 Oxychek Al Backplate with black-singles wing
1 SP Blackhawk BC

Of course, there are the BCs that my students use, but I didn't think it fair to list them. :D
There are also some old BCs that I would no longer consider to use, but I still hold on to them. It's time to go see E-Bay and lighten up a bit I guess. :D

I'm just a "newbie" and I already have:
(and to answer all three ?'s in the thread about gear possession)

1 Oxycheq SS plate
1 Agir(might be Salvo) SS plate
2 Agir 360 38lb singles wings (one singles kit for the GF/Son...my instabuddies)
1 Agir 360 44lb doubles wing (for transitioning)

3 DS4's, 4 xtx 50 second stages

2 AL 80's
2 Worthington HP130's

And all the gear/lights/reels to dive NE wrecks and to do Cavern/Intro to Cave later in the year.
I see by this thread that there is no end in sight...
I now consider Mike and Diverightinscuba.com my new LDS!
I guess there's nothing to do now but dive and dive and dive...

All the best,
Geoff
