I love this one as it can be a 34 page link quick,
I have a Bare and Neoprene neck seal that I fold over and it has never leaked not once and I allways have to turn my neck to look for fall behind divers. Latex works Great for wrist seal's ,Neoprene is warm, you can strech it the night before the dive if its too snug on your tank neck,
And if some one says they have one that leaks they did not fold it over or did the fold wrong or tell them to return it to the guy that cut it on e-bay!
my 2 cents
Dive safe,
Brad

I would recommend the neoprene neck seal, never had a leak. The latex ones have to be cut perfect in order to prevent leaks AND be comfortable as well.
