I'm from Abilene,the silo is just minutes from where I grew up.I was just there for a 20 yr HS reunion.I visited the dive shops in town.The people who own the silo have a bad rep for cancelling if noy enough people sign up for agiven day.I called for 6 monthes prior and still couldn't get in .They mostly dive it when the area lakes get to cold to dive.Good Luck
 
I have dove in Silos many many times. Why do you want to do that?

You can find them on any Boomer. To get their all you need to do is sign up as a Missle Tech for six years in Uncle Sams canoe club and pass all the exams and schools that are required. That only takes about three years. Then you can dive in the Silo anytime you want.
