Thanks for the ideas guys! Sorry iris, not so keen on the science names :). I'm trying to post a pic, but my internet's not letting me. (thanks for the jstuart!) Will keep you posted on what decided names...

My cats have always inspired their own names.

One kitten came out covered in dust and became Dusty.
One became Jo-Jo because of her dancing.
Hoover was a food vacuum.

We had one named Chewy. One day hubby had a nice fried chicken thigh in his hand and had just put it to his mouth to take a bite when Chewy in one smooth move jumps up on his lap, grabs the whole thing and takes off. The look on his face was priceless.

That's a good point. Cats do seem to name themselves after a while. I have been partial to the name "Measles" but have not found a cat suitable for this ridiculous name. :)

To 3 kittens. I am clueless of what to do, and right now I'm googling a bunch of cat post natal faqs. But I am very happy for her.

Just a little bit about my cat, Cleo. She's half pedigree, half stray and was abandoned by my uncle's neighbours. One day my little cousins were biking and heard kittens meowing in a dust bin. Upon checking them out, there were 3 kittens being attacked by fire ants. Of course, my cousins grabbed them and brought them back to the house. Turns out the neighbours had a pegidree female cat which got fresh with a stray and discarded these kittens once their cat gave birth. My cousins weren't allowed to keep them (only until they were healthy) so they asked if I wanted one. Now I'm not - or thought I wasn't - a cat person. But when all 3 of them were dumped infront of me, Cleo came directly to me and made herself comfy on my lap. That sold me and I told myself: what the heck let's try her out.

Fast forward a year later, we've now got 3 kittens (father unknown). My grandmother (who I'm living with) wants to keep them. It will keep the mice at bay. So kudos to Cleo, she's done well for herself.

But I need 3 names for these silly kittens. Any suggestions are welcome. :)
