The guy on steamship point did not seem very friendly when we dove off his land, he tried to tell us it was illegal to dive the twilight steamship. We ignored him and had a couple of great dives

My dives on the twilight have all been from a pontoon boat which is easier to dive from than on shore in my opinion. Several websites have said that shore diving the twilight is off limits because the closest land is private. the last time I was there a guy on shore was trying to get me to go away. I'm guessing all the trash on the bottom is his and he doesn't want anybody to see it.
