You don't need advice on which courses you need to do some diving. Tec diving isn't for everyone and you don't just buy the course you have to earn the ticket. Deep wreck penetration is dangerous and as far from recreational blue water diving as it is from flying an airplane.
Go do some dives and worry about the training later. Follow option A to rescue diver. That is basic training. Until RD you are just learning. Now get some dives in. PADI wreck will not teach you anything about penetration so now think about overhead environment training. If you've done all that in three years you're doing well. Then come back and ask again.
