Get the Genesis Resource Pro from Leisure Pro for $290.00. Its an In Line console has everything and the computer is great, highly recommend it!

I got my wife the Genesis and decided I want a wrist mounted.

I'd stay away from one button computers, as it can be very awkward scrolling through menus with a single button.

The manual altitude is not really an issue as it's easy to set, and there is some advantage to being able set it manually.

Also the PC interface is a useful feature for viewing your profile and the ease of reading and copying data into your logbook.

It's a big advantage for a couple to use identical computers, and if she has trouble using it you can help her out.

When I purchased mine, I went for the Vyper which I now use as is for rec diving (air, nitrox, backlit and download capability) and as a back up bottom timer to my Shearwater Predator when I do Deco dives
