I'm thinking about going on a dive vacation in the Philippines (possibly Puerto Galera), but I can only get the time off I need in the summer.

I don't mind experiencing some rainy days, but I want to make sure I don't go when the diving is poor.

Is it worth diving the Philippines in the late June to early August?

Input will be appreciated.
