OK. what insurance company in their right minds would allow the public to have a free diving contest in an animal enclosure?
Dont they usually have safety divers in the water at these kinds of events in case this happens? shouldn't one of them have helped?
this was in China, after all ... they probably don't have the same liability rules we do, so ... safety divers are probably not something they thought of
or perhaps the support divers didn't have time to react before the whale got to the diver in trouble
