SmartTRAK - demo.slg file is corrupted

when i delete the demo.slg file, i get the same error with this file name:
NoName.slg
after pressing ok, an open file window comes up, waiting for me to choose a diffrent slg file....

This program start getting on my nerves

If you type in a filename it should create a new slg file (without any data of course) and the prog will run ... well it does for me

This error comes up on every logbook file i try to open.
When i write new name, the program creates the file but then again the error appers.

I think the problem is not with the SmartTRAK program but with additional software install on my computer and it is being use by SmartTRAK.

any ideas ?
