I will call (again). But this time I will ask specifically for Nick. On previous conversations I spoke with the head of customer service.

For the record, I only posted this here on SB after three previous contacts with Hollis over this same problem. SB was kind of a last resort attempt to get this resolved.

...and I also sent Nick a pm on SB, too. Unanswered.

Shoulda bought a hammerhead.... :-D

Oh, the Prism 2 is fine, but I have to say that I've been disappointed in dealing with Hollis in general. One of the selling points for the Prism 2 was that there was going to be major support put behind it, but between the delays in getting various bits to market(small lungs, BOV, still no stand in sight) and the generally poor communications from the company, I'd think hard before doing it again.

What is the plus or minus on the two gauges being used here? If the gekkos is plus or minus 2 feet and the dg03 is plus or minus 2 feet (an acceptable range) then they could both be within specs. If you have a LDS with a pressure pot that has a viewing port you might want to stop by and see if they can drop it for you and see. Remember that your depth gauge does not measure depth, it measures atmospheric (water) pressure.

as mentioned in prior posts the dif is 4 ft in a known depth, a pool.
