I didn't notice this before, but this is pretty slick! I take it this is for 2" webbing? @MAKO Spearguns , is that correct?

Thanks for the recommendation! I had not seen this until today. Yes it is designed for 2 -inch webbing and should work on a tank retainer band.
 
I dive almost the exact same rig and I'm the same height and weight. I don't need any lead at all in salt water with a 2.5mm shorty. When I gain a few extra pounds, or if I'm going to be in exclusively in shallow water, I add a single 2lb weight, just for comfort.
