I can not read the article "WARNING! Read this before you go to SIPIDAN, SEMPORNA....."

The article itself is not my interest. But I want to know who is the good local DM you were talking. I have plan to visit Sipadan this year so I want to dive with him if possible. Does the article have answer who he is?
