Well, did two dives yesterday so I'll count that as my exercise. :D

Here is my proof of getting my exercise in.

I made a new friend too. He kept following me begging me to take pictures of him. Funny thing was he allowed me to hold him up and thats where I placed him on this nice rock to take a picture of. Otherwise, made my day happy and yes, no sugar for me.

Now all I need is some help from Alcina and my photography will be complete. :yeahbaby:

i too am claiming 2 days of diving as my workouts... waiting for hubby to give me pics

this morning was 6.15am cardio session so another day done!

No diving for me this weekend unfortunately. Just running errands and stuff ... really had a lazy weekend.

Went to the Breast Cancer's Foundation Pink Ribbon cocktail party on Saturday night - I was working so no "party" for me! Our 8 million dollar bridge is now pink for the month...

Except for diving on Saturday, I gave my ankle rest this weekend. Still, because it's the right foot, and the drive to Ginnie Springs is 5 1/2+ hours, I couldn't drive barefoot cause it hurt on my foot someplace. Ug. I hope I can do something tomorrow. Thinking about biking to work- 6 miles.
Good news for the weekend. Hermit Crab presented me with a flag on my second dive of the day commerating my 500th logged dive! Whoo HOOOO!!!!!

That's way cool Alcina - is that a bridge in perth or exmouth?

An easy 20 minute run for me - bit sore from several runs in a row, but its time for me to HTFU, as my OW instructor used to shout at me..

Scuba Jenny - that's awesome! Congrats on your 500th! What a milestone!

Me!? Well Sunday was a bit of a relaxing day. Did errands with Mark (husband) and the cleaned and did other chores. Bought a wii yesterday so we played wii sports until late (hahaha) .... The boxing one actually really gets you moving, I was surprised. So Sarah is guilty of no exercise yesterday but is going to hit the gym this evening.

I biked to work today. Whoo Hoo! Took just about 30 min., or 10 min longer than driving. Not bad! I was all hot n sweaty by the time I got to work, so will have to make some plans on bringing personal stuff to work (or have it stashed here) for when I change into my work clothes.

having a crappy day of a crappy week but today i did my training and tomorrow i have kickboxing

woohooo Jenny on riding the bike - ive been promising myself to go for another bike ride but havent had the time yet

i have 3 showers a week at work because of my training and have fixed up the showers just right with all my stuff. i LOVE the showerhead here! at home we have a water saver due to drought shower head which means you have to run around in circles trying to get wet. at work its like a waterfall of water :yeahbaby:

No showers here at work. Ick. I have been reading on other threads about biking to work and some of the challenges.
Take a shower BEFORE you leave, and you aren't as bad when you get to work.
Have a box of baby wipes for mucking up the sweat once you arrive.

I am getting an over the door hanger to hang up the wet stinky biking clothes to dry out before I trek home. Am thinking some Fabreeze will help keep the office fresh.

Nothing much......

Except I did 30 minutes of exercise. :D
