I think a nice Nekton cantina next to Blue Hole would be muy hermoso. Nitrox fills by day, Blue margaritas and twinkling ristras at night

I wish they would hurry up and go out of business so I can start the credit card dispute.

As for employees that sold trips and took deposits knowing they were cheating people...how does it feel to be umemployed? Karma

I'm not completely certain, but I believe that, unlike all other creditors, the IRS can go after the personal assets of the owners of a LCC. Stand by John for a visit from Uncle.

Looks like they've been keeping tabs on his other assets.

Gulf County Ship Building, owned in part I think by John Dixon, where both Nekton boats are currently....

Looks like Uncle Sam is keeping tabs on them also.

so I can start the credit card dispute.

Now might be a good time...

I'm not sure if they will get those boats out of the shipyards..... (anytime soon...)

Dang.... this seems to be "habit forming" behavior for Nekton.....

Here's previous years...

Nice research Mike S! My bets are on that the Rorqual is not going to be leaving the shipyard and this is the end of Nekton.

I just can't understand how they could keep selling cruises and taking peoples money when they (employees) had to have known the company was nearing the end. Wow.....

Nice research Mike S!

I can't take all the credit... some I found on my own, and some "fell magically from the sky" (and I'll leave it at that.....)

That's the reason why I posted the information. I'm hoping this information is helpful and other divers don't loose money. (in the long run, I hope Nekton can regroup and pull it out and put it back together...)

I'm not sure all the employees know exactly what is going on. I wouldn't want to shoulder the blame on all the employees as a whole... some of them have been working there with payroll problems and keeping going.... I fell for them also.....

"We got John Dixon's cell number from a friend and he answered. Said he's working on something and would update the website on Monday."

This is perhaps good news..... If he can pull something out, hopefully here we won't have divers loosing money they've paid.
