OK.. So I'm attention whore... I would love to be on TV.

But really, it seems so many reality shows involving divers end up making divers look like idiots.

These ghost hunter reality shows have been around for years and all we have ever seen is silly people going in to old buildings and freaking themselves out. Thousands and thousands of hours of IR video and no real proof of anything more than the ghostly 'orb' phenomenon that any real video expert would easily identify as particulate back scatter.

The ghost hunting shows always culminate with someone hearing a sound, freaking out and sounding the 'ghost' alarm in panic. This probably would not go well inside a shipwreck. Later, they spend hours looking back on the video trying to find something they can call a ghost.

I really want to believe as much as anyone but please, please, give me something scientific (testable, documented and reproducible.)

I don't know about haunted sites but I have a few friends that are downright paranormal...

If you will pay for my helium, I will believe anything you want,

No wait, if I do the dive without helium, I will probably believe anything you want down there anyway.

As long as I am consulted on the creative aspects and get final script approval I am in! :uwphotographer:

OP is no doubt asking himself why he ever posted here .... :shakehead:

"OP is no doubt asking himself why he ever posted here ...."

Yeah, I did feel a little bad about the chilly reception he got here. But I might have suggested to the OP that he search the board to find out how SBers feel about diving reality shows before he revealed he was making one.

Tonight, I'll pull up an episode of an un-named diving reality show on-demand and 15 minutes into it, I won't feel so bad about the sarcasto-flame fest here.

I guess I might have just blown my chance to be on TV.
