I see that kmurray719 mentioned Eastport Main. I myself have been there a few times awsome diving. Now Eastport is not where I stayed, I stayed in Canada by going to an Island just off of NB called Deere Island which is directly across the bay from Eastport.There is a ferry to get you to the Island. You can take a ferry from Deere Island to Eastport for two bucks I think.(It's cheap anyway).
There is camping on Deere Island as well as a few small motels that you must book very early. Labour day weekend the campground is usually packed with divers. The Island is very small with only one service station.
This is right in the Bay of Fundy with a great tide that brings in rich nutrients that in turn bring in abundant wildlife. I have seen whales, seals,sea otters and dolphins. The Customs House dive can get you to 100 ft + and is located right next to the campground. There is also a drift dive that takes you around the point basically encircling the campground as it is on the point. Diving slack tide is somewhat critical here as the tides are very strong and can pick you up. On more than one occasion the ferry has had to pick up a drifting diver.
On the Customs House dive there is a resident wolf eel and a very large lobster (20 to 30lbs at least) the reason for the size is,it lives in a hole on a wall where fisherman cannot place traps. Outside it's den are the remnants of it's meals.
Anyway that's along enough rant.
If you do decide to go I do think you will like it' but please ask other divers for advice as these can be a bit challenging especially the drift dive. It is a very diverse area with friendly locals as well.
