Not as much as I spent Skydiving...

Jim..

I've been diving for just over a year. I think just about everything I bought was used except for my wetsuit. I've started to "build" back up reg sets. I'm like a little kid having to sneak dive gear around the house.

Overall I've probably spent $2000-$2500. Would have been well over $3000 if everything was new. I have sold some stuff and have a few items that I need to sell. I'll probably just use that money for more dive gear or training

20 years depending how I count.
1800USD again depending on the tally.

That's 7X tanks, 2X dry suits, full cave gear and 3 other sets recreational. Plus 2 rebreathers. (One in parts still)

Photography. Now that's expensive gear.

In full disclosure just bought a third breather but that destroyed my budget diver trend and has been omitted since I've not dove it yet. (Ready for marriage logic)

Dive happy.

I think ripman is getting better deals than me. But really, its not all that expensive. Everything I buy is $49 dollars. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Since getting back into the sport in 2012, over $30K. Rebreathers, tanks, wetsuits, drysuit, the list goes on!

I thought being a hockey goalie was expensive. Damn was I wrong.

This my personal dive locker. Not a shop.
