Hello to everybody!
Some years I read this forum, but just some weeks was registered here.
In our domestic forums I filling theme "In memory of gone divers, who die in water", and taken information from here also.

I like to have most comfortable equipment, and during years I found - best equipment - that you made by yourself (DIY or reworked).

Also I like to rework from popular and cheap items to good and reliable diving equipment (like Gasmask to Fullface mask, like BCD from pillow, etc.)

Also I interesting for vintage equipment, because most modern equipment became worst than oldone. Also interesting for diving history.

Sorry for my grammar, English is not my native language.

По-русски мне писать значительно быстрее и проще. :)

I have big electonic libruary of diving books, collected from many-many different internet sources. But most books there in Russian language.

For diving - I do like Mediterrain sea. Also interesting places, even around our capital.

I majored in Russian at UF, but I never got the hang of a Cyrillic keyboard. :(

I’m slowly studying it as the future wife is Russian and I plan to cater to Russian divers at my future dive op in Greece.

Welcome! I'll be visiting your fine city this May/June if I ever get past the Visa application.......lol! I know it would be cold, but is there diving in the Black Sea or any other lakes in and around Moscow or St Pete?

Black sea is quite big "lake" :) and quite far from Moscow...

I suspect, this May could be warm or hot, because we have very loong winter. At this moment outside temperature less than -2C (around 25F) and night time should be -9C (15F). But last week we had daytime temperature up to +5 may be..

Near Moscow we have many places to dive, but most of them is mudy, and most has not diving centers.
One - 40 km from Moscow is very comfortable, in the nice hotel, from 15m from lake.

Коста (or Костя? Константин) - это не немного. Вы очень хорошо пишете по-русски :)

Welcome, Alexander! I have seen your posts, and thanks for contributing.

Pete and Kosta, I too studied Russian, but that was too long ago to be useful to me today. (But I am proudly reading what's been written in Cyrillic so far.) Who knew ScubaBoard had so many Russophiles?
