Not sure if you are aware - an ecard is an added purchase after the physical card is issued. The app does not automatically show all of your certs - only the ones you have paid for the extra ecard. If there was a temp one, it may have been deleted once your plastic was issued.
It is a 30 day trial e-card apparently. This is from the email I was sent (for both OW and AOW)

Congratulations again on your Open Water certification.

As a benefit of being a PADI Diver, you receive a free eCard for 30 days while your certification card is being processed.

With an electronic certification card (eCard) on your mobile device, PADI Instructors, Dive Centers and Resorts around the world can verify your certification. PADI eCards are stored in the PADI App on your mobile device so you don’t have to worry about losing or forgetting your plastic certification card. Plus, you don’t have to wait for your plastic card to arrive in the mail, just download your free eCard and you can dive back in.

I clicked some claim button and when I log in on the website, it shows that the e-card has like 28 days left (as of today that is).

But not showing in the app? I think you need to download it. Also, you might have two different profiles with them, perhaps if you have provided different email addresses at different times.

No it's the same email address and same account. They sent 2 separate emails within 15 minutes to the same email address, and when I log in on PADI it shows both of them in my account.

I have the app on my phone and logged in and there is nothing on the e-card page. I have pressed the 'update' button multiple times too as that was something in their instructions.

Call them.

When I go to my.padi.com and log in, under profile, there is every certification I’ve ever done with Padi, with a photo, instructor name, number, and location, as well as an attestation statement from padi that I’ve met the requirements for that certification. It looks just like an e card, except I’ve never paid for one. There’s even my DSD from more than 20 years ago on it.

Thank for that. I logged in there and I can see them there. But they still aren't showing up in the apps.

It even has a DSD from back in 2011, the very first time I did SCUBA. No clue how it's in there lol. But the DSD I did in 2017 isn't there.

There’s a QR code that can be scanned to verify qualifications. I think it’s the same QR code as what’s on the e-card, because it states it as so right next to it. Try scanning it and see what you get.

Scanning the QR code on the website gives me some URL I can click on that shows my qualifications. It does exactly what you said.

I have an e-card that displays every time... I took a picture of my C-Card on my phone, so even if I forget my card, no problem. Nobody has questioned it yet
