Lovely dive today in Palm Beach County withPura Vida Divers. Air =70F, water = 80F

Shallow reefs (55F). 60 ft viz. Nurse sharks, lemon shark, big moray, lots of schools of grunts, spade fish, etc. Really nice trip. Only 8 divers permitted. So much space on the boat. Very relaxed. Loved it. Going again next weekend. Big boat and few divers is luxurious.

Thanks for the report. I am equally split between happiness that you got a chance to dive and envy for the exact same reason. As others have asked, pictures would be nice although I am very aware that a camera can take away some of the fun. How was the overall mood about the state of things as far as crew and other divers? Thanks again for the report and I look forward to hearing about any and all other dives..

Almost all of the long established charter operators down here have an active Facebook presence and they are readily sharing what steps they are taking to keep divers safe and also sharing photos and video. That would probably be the best way to get a sense of how things are going. Pura Vida, Jupiter Scuba Diving (Kyalami), Jupiter Dive Center, Starfish, Diversity, Sea Experience, etc, etc. They have all been sharing details, photos and video. I'd suggest everyone check there.

I'm still booked to go out 5/9, 5/16, and 5/23. If I get any topside photos or video that I feel might be helpful I will share them here.
