They may not, but do you have the foggiest notion of what the Playa taxi union would do to that poor sap?
No more or less than you do, I suspect. I'd be willing to bet however, that the taxi unions in Playa and Cancun (if they are indeed separate) have worked it out.

They are separate, and they have worked it out. They don't poach on each others territories. Or else.

30 minutes ago tons of Taxi offers at Playa to CUN for $20.00...i did not ask if that for just the 2 of us or they were going to toss us in a bus or van with others.

Sitting in the PP lounge at CUN awaiting our chariot home..nice digs. No open food, but they will bring u food off a scanned menu. Drinks, food and wifi...airport pretty crowded lounge no so much...a nice way to wait for a flight.

Oh, and the club sandwich and brownie are my recommended order.

Wow..., just wow! You didn't go for half a$$, you went for the full enchilada - whole a$$!! Dude..., I didn't ask about bringing all my meals down with my with my personal chef. I asked about bringing something I can't find in Coz. BTW, for one fricking meal! Do you bring your gear, or do you insist on renting? Do you come down without any clothes and buy what you need while visiting? Perhaps you haven't seen my previous posts where I have walked well back from Melgar to get tacos. Get a grip. BTW, since it is not allowed, we are not going to take any meats with us. What a sphincter.

Someone's got to keep things interesting around here Snowman... At least until we're ALL diving again.

Probably heading down in a few weeks.
Can anyone hazard a guess as to whether an 8am ferry from Cozumel > Playa will be more crowded on a Thursday vs Friday vs Saturday?
I’m hoping to do a day trip to dive a few Cenotes.

Id guess yes - just get there in line 30 minutes or so early. I don’t think the day of the week much matters, other than slow day Sunday - pretty much all the same.

Are the rooms at Blue Angel non smoking?
And how is the house reef there?

I don't know anything about the rooms but we love to come in and dive there. Lots of small eels of different kinds. Scorpionfish, the stuff around the ray pen always has life and there are a bunch of small coral heads full of life.
