Yes, after so many months I was starting to get worried but it's finally here. My long hose and dump valve for my lift bag are missing but that's better than everything I guess. Seems like some strange items to take though. :33:
Anyway, I don't think my worn to bits 3mm suit is going to be...
You're right Steve, teaching anything is a pretty hard way to put bread on the table!
I've also met some commercial salvage guys and some of their stories give me nightmares! Things like new wrecks moving around as they settle while the divers are still inside #shudder#.
The marine...
I didn't know that but hopefully I'll be off to Canada in summer! Got some golf lined up and maybe some diving too. Anyone know some good wrecks on the west coast?
Done the latter and leading most poeple through a wreck has been far more nerve racking than fun!
I do have a degree in Archaeology though (measly undergradute degree however) so maybe there's still some hope for me. :dazzler1:
Screw the cost, start saving now!! I'm nuts when it comes to wrecks and those babies are high on my list. After that I just have to work out how to get the cash to go Bikini atoll...

I did TDI Adv. wreck and I thought it was an excellent course. Extremely challenging and fun.
The instructor was a huge part of this opinion though. As others have said, make sure you get to learn skills simulating the worst possible situations. An instructor who is passionate about all...
I've taken this course and I thought it was very good. I'd already done some TDI courses and DSAT seemed to be far better organised and more challenging (except for TDI adv. wreck, that's the best course I've ever done!!). I don't have any criticisms of this course except for the cheesy videos...
Update on my Triple L 3mm wetsuit.
After more than 250 dives it's still holding together very well. Zippers are still functioning perfectly and even though I've spent quite a bit of time squezing through very narrow gaps in wrecks and caves it hasn't become too trashed.
In certain areas...
