With screen brightness over 70%, there are some connectivity issues. (or at least were, on the 1st and 2nd A300s I had)... They were unable to replace my comps on Cozumel, so good luck with Bonaire.

As far as I know, the bluetooth connect is for iOS only at the moment.

These lights aren't AA, the DRIS is 3 x C batteries and the Intovatec is 2 x CR123 batteries. Are they still candidates for rechargeables?

i think during a dive, you hit the Adv button once it will show you EDT. (current dive time)

anyone having auto dim issues? mine never un dims, super hard to read because it always goes back to 10%. I think we must be doing something wrong because my wives is doing it too...???

I don't have any issues with the shape of the DC or the included band. I am 6'2'' 175lbs.

Send them all back to Aeris. Hardware update in progress. I did that with my two. I'm on my 3rd set of computers.

We already have those Oceanic B.U.D. backups, I'm looking for something more functional.

They did not- my heavy recommendation would be to send it back for testing. They jumped the gun and it is pretty obvious based on the number of problems they have had. If you have dives on it currently (I wish I had known this) include a letter asking them to pull your dive log and they will...

Fysh- We got both of our A300 CS comps replaced by Aeris after the Cozumel debacle. Have a one week livaboard in November in Belize (we both dive with tank gauge and BUD comps) but I find that to be a pain in the ass and spent the cash on a high end comp because i want the features and logging...

I would always have a backup gauge, but that is just me. Case in point, brand new A300 cs OLED, dies on second dive. Now I'm able to dive with crappy back up computer, and I at least have some way to know how much longer I'll be alive. (the last part said in jest)

Well it will be too late for me. Typing this from Cozumel because my a300 cs died after my second dive. Flickering screen acting shady. Called support and they said it sounds like it is toast. I have to lose my dive log especially since I was unable to back it up. Shocker- no aeris or oceanic...

I went to my LDS and they updated my firmware via PC. I still cannot connect to Diverlog via Bluetooth (do I need an additional dongle for this? my mac is natively bluetooth capable, duh) nor via USB. I'd like to transfer my logged dives prior to leaving the country just in case.

Let me know if you get things handles if you don't mind. Im going to Cozumel Wednesday and would really like to have the computer linked and updated before the trip. Thanks!
