    underwear

I've noticed how much divers in the UK like talking about undersuits. I favour Fourth Element myself, but I have a long standing argument with a friend about Weasles what does everyone else favour?

    kitting up routine

Does anyone else have a routine for kitting up? I have a specific order in which i get ready to dive, if that routine gets disturbed then my pre dive checks always take so much longer because i have to be sure i've done everything. if i stick to the routine then my checks are quicker. i...

    June Diving

Well the weather seems to have improved (no not today's rain), had a few good dives recently. The M2 on Sunday was superb, must have had 6 to 8m vis and the plankton bloom is getting better. hopefully this is the pattern for the summer.

    Sony - Customer NON service

I have a point & shoot Sony camera which i have had for a number of years. I use it when i'm on biological dives to snap critters & habitat for reference. In the 'marine pack' there are 2 'o'rings, one a blue rubber/silicone & the other a foamy grey stuff. the manual describes it as a 'drip...

    Vaseline Vs Silicone grease

I just thought it would be a good idea to put something about these up here to clarify things, i've noticed occasional confusion in some threads. Most people know, but if you are just starting out then it's something you ought to learn. Vaseline is the trade name of a petroleum jelly, it...

Where do I go from here?

I've been very lucky in that i took my camera out of soak, dried it off & left it for an hour or so to completly dry before i opened it - i always do that, i'm usually washing dive kit at the same time. When i opened it there was a rather wet bag of silica gel & a puddle in the bottom of the...

i want everyone to see me

If this is the wrong place to post this my aplologies, no doubt someone will tell me. This little guy was seriously desperate to have his photo taken. He pushed himself in front of my lens and hopped about posing for me for about 15 minutes. The least i could do is give him the publicity he...

    short cut

I'm thinking about getting another port for my PTO23, but not sure what I'm looking for and, being a girl, I don't do model numbers I do descriptions which I can understand. It could take a lot of time (which I don't have) and frustration (which I have in plentiful supply) to search...

    Excellent Tuition from Martin Edge

I spent yesterday in a hotel with a strange man. I'm sure YOU all understand what i mean by that statement! I was becoming more frustrated with my camera & underwater photography, at a point where i really needed some help and most of my photography friends don't dive. I had Bought Martin...
