Thanks for the advice. But as far as the patches are from the inside I actually care more about waterproofness rather than clean-looking repair. As you can see on the photos it is normal that glue is outside the sealing tapes... just the manufacturer uses more suitable black glue and mine is...
Just don't want to forward the drysuit back and forth as can apply patch for less than 20 min - so fix as it comes.
The seam by itself is not the problem. The problem is the abrasion of the fabric on the edges of the seam's tape as well as the poor stitching which jammed the fabric (it is seen...
I dive Weezle Extreme +, but also want to believe in the plastic bag affect at first... but wet underpants and feeling cold at the chest force me to search leaks in the drysuit))
Do you assume that Liberty teaches starting the dive with something failed at pre dive checks?
Find Liberty eCCR group on FB - more live info on this reb, than on SB
Warm neck collar holds hood's long "bottom" in place, otherwise the hood's bottom will be annoyingly tucked every time, or you need short hood (which is not good idea for cold water diving, imho).
Actually it depends. If you dive 200 g/m2 undersuit, no problem to order that option. But if you dive basic underwear, the suit will be rather baggy... I personally don't like such fit and wouldn't enjoy the suit if had to dive that way most of the time.
But my case is vice versa - cold water...
Buoyancy control is the same and air pockets aren't annoying (you just don't have any), if you control buoyancy using the wing.
But I wouldn't order this option for cold water rare dives if dived warm waters mostly...
