Youngster hell!
Hell of a lot younger than I.

I make a concerted effort to pump iron each and every day...makes those bags a tad easier to stack and drag!
That's great, good to hear, but I doubt that you pack a pony, two regs, etc totaling 140#.

And you know I'm only picking on you - still love you buddy :daydream::heart:
You too. You used to have a prettier photo on profile.

By the way, this photo was shot by Mr. Stephen Frink. I'm mighty proud of it :p

Prettier in person. Let's get together. We are there Feb.7 - 16th
I guess you'll be escorted by the same husband. Oh well, he seems nice, and I'm so harmless at my age.

I've been looking at early February actually. Where're y'all staying? Who're y'all diving with?

Why the aversion to CUN? The journey is 3 hours longer (maybe less) and much of it is spent drinking a beer. Another advantage is that the only times I've been hassled by the arbitrary rules of security is CZM. CUN seems to operate like a major airport in the 1st world while CZM still operates like it's in a banana republic. Have they ditched the red/green light yet?
For a once-a-year trip, I'll pay a bit more for convenience. A couple hundred bucks is no big deal in the grand scheme of things.

The bolded is the problem.:p

My post wasn't about convincing anyone to do it one way or the other. We all have preferences. I'm just saying the big inconvenience with CUN. With free carts in the airport and trikes/cabs at the ferry terminals, I'm not having to "drag" my bags more than 100 feet. If that's a monumental hassle, how do people manage to pack their own bags in the car, drag them on and off the airport shuttle, then through the airport to the checkin counter? Seriously, more than half of my "bag-dragging" occurs before I get on the plane.

As for "being there" when the plane lands, I'm "there" in Mexico in CUN.

When I just go with myself, Phoenix to DFW to CZM is the way I go. Bringing the family I save at least 1K coming through CUN.

Usually. I have hit a few times when there were none at the PDC bus terminal, PDC dock, Coz doc.

You bet - over 25 years now. And absolutely...he's pretty nice. A definite keeper

We've got a group of 10 staying at Casa Mexicana and diving with Tres Pelicanos...again :)

Nice choices, nice size group. I dive with Salty Endeavors these days, stay close to the plaza at Mary Carmens, and he picks me up nearby at Safari pier. Maybe we could do lunch one day. I'll let you know if I can talk myself into this trip.
