Atmos Ai downloads 1 dive only

I got an Atmos Ai metal button, running ACI ver 2.2.3 build04.27.10 on win 7 32bit. I can only download one dive off the DC. I can view the logs on the DC, however they are not all coming over. The sample rate is 15 secs(stock setting). Any ideas?
