Are you looking to change the Badge, or the Title? The Badge you can change by selecting your display usergroup.
You go here -> http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups
and look at the bottom of that page where it says, "You may choose to be identified as a member of the following groups"
However, there are no Badges for the 2 groups you are a member of though, only a "user title" (the thing under your name.)
As for creating a custom "title" the only way to do that is to be a supporting member, or be SB Staff.
