Late to the party but since Godwin has been introduced I figure what the hell...
When I shop ticket prices I have noticed that some sites include them while others do not. If a price seem out of line to me I look for the fine print. Yep, there it will be, the extra fees and taxes.
And as for your Godwin, there are a few corollaries, paradoxes and exceptions of valid noteworthy mention. Look it up if you want to know more. I am too damn lazy to link them here.

I have seen sites that offered lower prices, then added taxes & fees later in the game - but mixed in booking feeds in hopes you wouldn't notice.
