As I said before - for me answer is simple - Red Sea is one of the absolutly best spots in the world. Halas.

Sound like a great idea to me! I'll have to check on the travel restrictions (if any) for Americans traveling to Oman.

btw, hehe, Leaving in about 4 hours to El Gouna, 30 km north of hurghada. If anybody is interested I'll post a blog of our experiences. We'll be diving with a group Called "easy Divers". I'll let you know how it goes.
