Why the emphasis on "cheapest?" You realize that every dive watch should be pressure tested annually right?

No doubt if it leaks, you will just throw it out and get another cheapie, until that one also fails.

And so on.

IMO, the world doesn't need more plastic. Spend the money, buy quality, take care of it and keep it a long time.

Only in that it's longer, so pretty sure to fit around a drysuit sleeve.
