Got back on the 12th from 6 days in Coz. 4 days of excellent diving - we saw Eagle Rays, a BIG Stingray, quite a number of juvenile black tip reef sharks, several sea turtles, a few lobsters, fed a few lionfish to Groupers - and I ate a few too, at La Perlita, quite tasty, really. This was my first trip in years when I didn't see a single Moray, though my group did see one on a dive that I had to cut short because of a short fill on my tank - I was a little pissed, checked my gear before jumping off the boat and I only had 2000 psi. That's one demerit for Dive with Martin, though otherwise they were great. Sorry I missed the gathering at El Moro on the 7th - my group had dinner at Casa Mission that night, and it was a long night. I would not have gotten to El Moro until after 11:00, so I just bagged it. I did make it to El Moro Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. There were 6 of us, and we all had Cochinita Pibil, which is only served on Sunday (it's not on the menu, but ask for it), and it was excellent, and more than I could finish. I highly recommend it for a Sunday afternoon meal. Looking forward to my next trip - next December is the 10th Anniversary of the Mensa ScubaSig Cozumel Trip, and I really hope I can make it. Best meal of the trip - La Cocay. Try the dessert with Crepes filled with tropical fruit topped with coconut icecream, it was amazing.
