I know that some people have said we should consider the mask rinsing beaten to death, but I've got to ask the following because I'm lost and this thread seems like the place to ask since I've never heard this mentioned before.
How are you suggesting masks SHOULD be rinsed?
I don't use defog all that often (spit works fine) but I apply some every so often to the backup mask that stays in my pocket.
I rub some around the mask, and then swish it around in the bucket that's been indicated as being for mask rinsing.
It sounds like a bunch of people here are saying that's wrong, but I just can't discern from what's been posted what they're saying should be done instead.
I hate feeling dense, and/or rude, and I'm not sure whether I should be feeling one, both or neither.
