Dive Rite O2 regulator

I'm fairly certain it's the same as this: Dive Rite O2 Clean Deco Regulator Setup discounts on sale Dive Rite. Here is the 1208 service manual: http://www.divesafety.net/files/1208_1st.pdf. Since it has only been in fresh water and only used as my O2 reg, I am not in a hurry to service it but I should at some point as with any used regulator.
New is about $330 (ST link above), I'm asking half - $165 for the first stage, second stage, and 40" hose.
It is currently in my temperature controlled storage (connected to my o2 bottle) in High Springs, Fl.
