First off: it sounds like you're having fun and that frustrates some people. Go ahead and have fun.

Second, there should be little if any risk from doing this, unless you did a long and deep dive earlier. If you have built up N2 trying to get out of your system from such a dive, doing these small dives can lead to 'bubble pumping' and eventually a stroke. Your lungs act as a bubble filter under most circumstances and subjecting them to pressure increases and decreases allows bubbles to pass.

Third, BOYLES law really stands for 'Breathe Or Your Lungs Explode, Stupid!' When I became an instructor, I was told about an instructor candidate who thought that ascending from the bottom of a pool with a lung full of air would not harm him. He never woke from his coma.

So keep breathing. Keep having fun. Don't let others over think it for you. :D :D :D However, if you're not certified, go take care of that immediately.
