Just wanted to pick up on 2 first stages rule. Does it apply to the whole germany or just that specific dive site? Does the H valve on one tank match the requirements?

That is just the specific dive centre rule, but yeah H valve will meet their standard. Most common sports diving setup is H valve with 2 independent regs. When diving all year around or beyond ndl, twins with isolator are preferred.
